Katarina Thallner is an attorney in the firm’s Estates and Trusts Practice Group. She focuses her practice on trust and estate disputes, guardianship matters, and commercial litigation. With a strong commitment to achieving favorable client outcomes, Katarina’s experience includes trustee removals, accountings, and contested guardianships.

She serves clients across a broad spectrum, from large to small businesses and ultra-high-net-worth individuals to those requiring government assistance. Katarina also represents individuals and entities in complex commercial litigation, particularly in the real estate sector.
